ENT opening in PAFull Spectrum Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Full time

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a newly established, hospital-owned outpatient practice in beautiful Northwestern Pennsylvania. This is a full-spectrum, outpatient-focused ENT role with excellent support, minimal call, and a strong referral base from 10 primary care and urgent care offices. Practice Highlights:
Full-spectrum Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery 100% Outpatient-focused practice No formal call schedule limited to rare consultation requests Inpatients (post-surgical and consults) are co-managed by Hospitalists or General Surgeons Plans to add an experienced ENT PA and Audiologist Brand new, hospital-owned office with full administrative and clinical support EHR:
Meditech Expanse with Dragon voice recognition

Schedule:

Monday Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm Call & Inpatient Responsibilities:
Consult-only call with no routine surgical responsibilities In-person call occurrences are rare (approximately 6 times/year) ER/inpatient phone consultations occur weekly Inpatient care is consultative only, and scheduled around your clinic hours unless urgent Most ER ENT needs are redirected to your outpatient clinic Compensation & Benefits:
