• Greet members and guests; assist with questions or concerns as they check in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging members and supporting their fitness journeys while upholding club policies.
• Resolve member concerns and, when necessary, escalate to the Club Manager.
• Answer phones friendly and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership functions: sign‑ups, contact/billing updates, cancellations, unpaid balance collection, and membership transfers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to club monthly and yearly targets.
• Make prospective member calls and tours, assessing their membership needs.
• Execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals.
• Clean and sanitize all exercise equipment and Recovery Zone amenities, including communal spaces.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, sanitized, stocked, and clutter‑free.
• Conduct comprehensive walks of all club areas to address safety, policy, and cleanliness issues.
• Address maintenance and facility concerns such as broken equipment or missing items promptly.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Continual standing and moving throughout the club during shifts.
• Continual in‑person or phone communication during shifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• May encounter toxic chemicals during shifts.
• Requires frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
• Involves moving in different positions, including bending and twisting.
