Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience on every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift.

Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and supporting their assigned departments to achieve their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re seeking positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast‑paced environment and can maintain a great attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to excel in a team setting. You must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager in our Owner Operator restaurants.

Part‑time and full‑time shift manager opportunities are available for breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends. Outstanding attitude, passion for service, and commitment to growth are essential.
