Position Summary

Shift Supervisor – CVS Health. Join a team that is building a world of health around every consumer, caring for people where, when and how they choose in a way that is uniquely more connected, more convenient and more compassionate.

Responsibilities
  • Lead store staff and ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
  • Manage and work effectively with store management and store crews.
  • Supervise the crew through assigning, directing and following up on all crew activities.
  • Communicate information between store management and crews.
  • Deliver excellent customer service: assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote the CVS customer service culture.
  • Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
  • Merchandise and presentation: price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and maintain weekly promotional and seasonal merchandise.
Qualifications
  • Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
  • Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, respond to urgent store issues and work overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a retail supervisor.
Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred – Not Required.

Pay Range

Typical Pay Range: $16.50 – $24.00 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate for positions within this job grade.
