Medical Device Sales Representative (EI)

We are seeking highly motivated, college graduates for inside sales representative positions on our DePuy Synthes Early Intervention sales team.
The role entails introducing Monovisc and Orthovisc to Orthopedic, Sports Medicine, Rheumatology, and Pain Management practices.
Monovisc and Orthovisc are FDA-approved treatments made from ultra-pure hyaluronan, a naturally occurring lubricant found in healthy knee joints and is used as a treatment option for patients with osteoarthritis of the knee.
Job responsibilities include consulting clinical office staff on the efficacy of our products while helping support staff with ordering and reimbursement requests.
Specific functions include prospecting, account profiling, pipeline creation, coordinating education calls, unsolicited proposals, post-sale account management, and ultimate customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills required:
- College degree – BA/BS
- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills. (Must have strong phone presence with a positive, outgoing personality)

The ability to simultaneously manage & move forward multiple sales opportunities through the sales cycle. - Sales Effectiveness:
The ability to find, develop & close sales opportunities. - Business Acumen:
The ability to understand & add value to the customer’s business model. - Adaptive:
The ability to modify sales strategy & tactics to adjust to the changes in the competitive & economic market conditions.
One to two years of previous sales experience is preferred. Background in, and/or understanding of the medical sales is a plus; however, we will train the right candidate.
Total Compensation range: $55,000 – 58,000+.
