Lend Nation is looking for an energetic, positive Full Time Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Job DetailsFull-time, entry‑level position located at 120 E Cooper Ave, Ste. A, Warrensburg, MO 64093 (Branch 0141).
Responsibilities- Complete cash transactions for customers.
- Initiate customer loans.
- Contact customers about past‑due payments.
- Work rotating shifts, including some Saturdays (Sundays off).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Cash handling experience.
- Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment (preferred).
- Safe, secure, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; maintain auto insurance.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Reliable attendance; essential for the position.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States.
