Director of Food and Nutritional Services

JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Food and Nutritional Services is a Management position responsible for overseeing all food service/clinical activities, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance within the organization.

• Provide direction and guidance for all food service operations
• Develop strategies for delivering high-quality, compliant food choices
• Comply with regulatory standards and confidentiality regulations
• Manage budget, expenses, and payroll activities
• Lead team in providing clinical and therapeutic services
• Participate in patient satisfaction programs and quality improvement initiatives

• Strong leadership and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Experience in food service operations
• Ability to manage budgets and track expenses

• Education:
  
  Bachelor s or advanced degree in foods, nutrition, or food service administration (Master s preferred)
• Licensure/Certification:
  Completion of a dietetic internship approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics;
  Current Missouri Licensure for Registered Dietitians
• Work Experience:
  
  1-3 years of Leadership and Management experience
