• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Missouri (required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Skilled in supervising and supporting clinical staff
• Passion for providing high‑quality resident care

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during weekend shifts
• Ensure delivery of exceptional resident care and services
• Provide guidance, training, and support to staff members
