• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Registers sales on an assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Recommends items, trade‑ups, and companion items; processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintains counters and shelves clean and merchandised; takes inventory, checks in and prices merchandise as directed.
• Implements asset protection procedures, ensures compliance with state and local laws (e.g., for alcohol, tobacco).
• Constructs and maintains displays, including seasonal and promotional structures, and completes resets and revisions as directed.
• Assists with food separation, placement, and stock rotation (FIFO method).
• Utilises store systems and equipment to perform all duties.
• Provides customer service in the photo area, including passport photo, poster print, and digital printing services.
• Monitors and fulfills web pick‑up orders from Picture Care Plus; delivers orders to customers as they arrive.
• Ensures the store maintains a clean, neat, orderly condition and appears welcoming at all times.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Completes special assignments and additional tasks as assigned.

• Attends training sessions and completes required Professional Performance Levels (PPLs) as requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
