You will help customers with their insurance needs while having the opportunity to earn more by identifying and selling additional insurance products.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to new and existing customers
- Answer questions and assist customers with their insurance needs
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships
- Identify opportunities to recommend and sell additional insurance products
- Follow-up with customers and take ownership of opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
