Job Overview
- Deliver dry, 100% touch freight to Dollar Tree stores across 13 states
- Average weekly gross pay: $2,000 (based on 1800 miles and 4 loads)
- Home weekly for 34‑hour reset (80% weekends)
- 1‑week paid training with current driver ($150/day)
- Industry‑leading pay package
- Tenured staff support
- Secure parking required for truck and trailer
- Paid vacation (1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years)
- Base pay: $0.70–$0.80 per mile (based on experience)
- Unload pay: $240
- Stop pay: $25
- Backhaul pay: $50
- Valid CDL‑A license
- 2 weeks' worth of supplies for orientation
- Customer service skills
- Ability to manually unload freight
- Secure parking location for equipment
- Deliver to ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, KY, TN, IN
- Early morning starts, multiple store deliveries per day
