Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm
Location:In-person at our Warrensville Heights, Cleveland, OH office
Pay: $17-20
per hour, based on experience

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency

• Schedule service appointments and maintenance appointments

• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues

• Maintainaccuraterecords of customer interactions in our system

• Communicate effectively with team members and departments to ensure smooth operations
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability tomulti-taskand work in a fast-paced environment

• A positive,customer-firstattitude and a team-oriented mindset

• Basic computer skills andproficiencyin scheduling software (training provided)

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required–we will train the right candidate!
