• Position: Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (Travel RN)
• Healthcare Setting: Medical/Surgical Telemetry, Surgical Unit
• Contract Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
• Start Date: February 13, 2026
• End Date: May 15, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week (19:00 - 07:30)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Orientation: 16 hours

• Minimum 18 months recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license required
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS & ACLS certifications
• One supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in Med/Surg Telemetry
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate assessment during orientation
• Ability to work at least every other holiday during contract

• Provide high-quality patient care on the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient status
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record
• Participate in orientation and required clinical competency assessments
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
