Job Details:

• Work day shifts with 3-12 hour shifts per week

• 36 or 48 hour option available

• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required

• Must have at least 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience

• Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand

• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Must work at least every other holiday

• ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate assessment completed during orientation with acceptable scores required

• Maximum 2 attempts to pass assessments or contract will be canceled

• PBDS Assessment waived

• Use Qualivis Lotus system for submitting hours worked

• Must pick up badge and complete onsite fingerprints at facility prior to start date

• Complete pre-start modules (billable up to 4 hours maximum)

• One reference from manager, ANM, supervisor or director in specialty required
