The IT Director is responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of NSL Analytical's technology systems, data governance, and information security posture. This role provides direction for the organization's core business systems (including Net Suite and Lab Vantage/LIMS), manages relationships with NSL's Managed Service Provider (MSP) and other outsourced IT vendors, and partners with company leadership to align technology strategy with business needs.

The IT Director will evaluate the long-term structure of NSL's IT department, including whether and how to bring systems and data administration functions back in-house.

• Own data governance across NSL's systems (Net Suite, Lab Vantage/LIMS, Hub Spot, and other business platforms), establishing standards for data integrity, security, and quality, and directing audits and remediation as needed.
• Set and drive the strategic roadmap for NSL's core business systems, evaluating new capabilities, integrations, and enhancements in partnership with department leaders.
• Direct cybersecurity and risk management efforts in partnership with NSL's MSP, ensuring appropriate controls, monitoring, and response plans are in place.
