• Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients and families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.
• Implements the nursing process by delivering effective relationship based nursing care.
• Demonstrates technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes.
• Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations.
• Develops self and contributes to the professional practice of nursing.
• Displays leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes.
• ACLS/PALS may be required based on clinical area standards.
• 100% traveling to patients homes.
• This is in Home Care Services.
• Full time 40 hrs. per week.
• Monday-Friday with rotating weekends and holidays.
• The territory will be:

· Eastern Cuyahoga County and Downtown, Central, Southern Cuyahoga, City of Cleveland, Garfield, Shaker Hts., Euclid, Richmond Hts., Cleveland Hts., Mayfield Hts., Beachwood, Pepper Pike Lyndhurst, University Hts., South Euclid, Bedford, Solon, Maple Hts., Twinsburg, Hudson, Chagrin Falls, Macedonia, Northfield and Pennisula.

Sign-on Bonus: This position is eligible for a $6000 sign-on bonus to eligible candidates. Eligible candidates must be newly hired to UH and have at least 1yr of RN experience.

University Hospitals is offering a $6,000 sign on bonus, minus applicable taxes, for designated regular full-time RN positions to experienced RN’s (1 years or more) hired externally.

Internal Applicants are not eligible for the sign on bonus.

• Associates Degree in Nursing, ADN
• RN - Registered Nurse
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from accredited program preferred.
• Diploma RN or ADN or MN from an accredited nursing program required.
