Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse Location

Cleveland, OH

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30)

We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical-surgical telemetry nursing and be equipped to handle the challenges of a busy night shift.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing telemetry monitoring.
• Monitor vital signs and ECG rhythms to ensure patient safety.
• Administer medications and perform necessary medical procedures as ordered.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using the charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Respond to patient needs promptly and effectively.

• Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• MUST HAVE a permanent Ohio nursing license or compact state license in hand.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize ECG rhythms.
