Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour.

Part‑time. Hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays with a variation of morning and afternoon shifts.

Prior professional cooking experience is required.

• Prepare high‑quality food items according to standardized recipes to meet production, delivery, and service schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery using correct portioning, temperature control, and attractive presentation.
• Use established ticket‑collection procedures during service and maintain accurate records of the area worked.
• Clean the kitchen after preparation and service, keeping a high standard of cleanliness; store or discard excess food per safe food‑handling procedures.
• Maintain refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized; ensure food and supply items are stored according to standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
• Assist with ordering and receiving of food and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Attend in‑service and safety meetings.
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers.
• Perform the job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
• Commit to personal and team safety.
• Abide by all company policies and procedures, including the use of proper protective gear and safe lifting techniques.
