Responsible for executing Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, cross‑selling BJ’s Loyalty Programs, as well as managing merchandise returns, exchanges, pick‑ups, and general customer service inquiries. Provides excellent and efficient member service.

• Provide superior customer service to members, serving as the first line of contact regarding membership, credit card applications, general questions, issues, merchandise returns, exchanges, product lookup, and pick‑ups.
• Follow tax exempt/resale membership policies, including monitoring renewals and status.
• Resolve member concerns in a courteous and timely manner; escalate to PIC and MOD when necessary.
• Assist with BOPIC (Buy Online and Pick Up In Club) orders for members.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
• Deliver service excellence through all points of contact.
• Resolve and deescalate member concerns.
• Ensure a safe and positive environment and experience for the members.

• Prior front‑line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
• Results‑driven with proven success in goal achievement.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

• Mostly stationary on hard surfaces; occasionally examine or scan merchandise, bend, handle, pull, reach, or stoop.
• Occasionally lift objects up to 30 pounds; may lift and move heavy or awkward objects over 30 pounds with assistance.
• Located in a comfortable indoor area with infrequent exposure to temperature extremes and loud noises; occasional contact with cleaning agents.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirement, the following represents a good faith estimate of the salary range for this position: starting from $16.50 per hour. Actual salaries will vary byੰਜਾਬ location, education, experience, and qualifications.
