About Us:

E Contracting Services LLC, located in Warrenton, Virginia, is a construction and trucking company that provides total site-services across the DMV area. This includes residential and commercial site development (demolition, clearing/grading), road work, hauling, wet utilities and more!

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager with expertise in site development, specifically in wet utilities, to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of utility construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance.
• Perform site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
• Ensure all work adheres to company safety policies and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate inspections with municipalities.
• Oversee procurement of materials and project documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction (water, sewer, storm drain).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local codes, municipal requirements, and utility installation methods.
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., HCSS Heavy Job Software, Bluebeam).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
