Special Education Teachers - Elementary Autism Support

Now hiring two Elementary Autism Support Teachers in Fauquier County, VA

Framework is partnering with Fauquier County Public Schools to hire two Elementary Autism Support Teachers for the  school year. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with students in a small, supportive classroom environment with eight students and three teachers.

In this role, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact each day—helping students build communication, social, and academic skills in a structured and nurturing setting.

• Small class size (3:8 teacher‑to‑student ratio) for individualized instruction

• 10% increase above district salary
• $10,000 incentive bonus

• Providing individualized instruction and behavioral support for students with Autism
• Implementing and tracking IEP goals
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and service providers
• Using evidence‑based strategies to promote communication, social skills, and independence
• Creating a positive, structured classroom environment that encourages student growth

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Valid Virginia Special Education license or eligibility for licensure
• Experience working with students with Autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and behavior management skills
