Description The Social Worker-MSW provides general social work services and participates in facilitating a collaborative approach to address psychosocial concerns and discharge planning needs.
Qualifications
Masters of Science in Social Work. Experience in health–related field or setting. Demonstrated ability to use computers (email, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.).
Preferred:Experience in acute hospital social work and discharge planning. LSW, LCSW.
