Customer Service Representative – Patient Registration – Part Time

PRN – part time, work as needed. Shifts will range between 8-12 hours. Open availability required for as needed shifts (day, evening, and overnight). Holiday and weekend availability is required. Hours will include a rotating on‑call schedule. PRN associates will be cross‑trained in multiple departments as needed.

• Work on computers and answer phones to intake information in a busy environment. Work across multiple screens collecting details that must be input correctly between physician and nurse check‑ins.
• Help people who may be very ill or worried, listening carefully to ease their anxiety, asking follow‑up questions and building rapport in real time.
• Fast‑paced work environment, often on your feet assisting patients in completing their registration. Collect patient and insurance information quickly and accurately amid variation in health plans and coverage.
• Team support: work with colleagues to meet career goals. This is the first step in a healthcare career at R1 RCM Inc.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service experience
• Up to date on all vaccinations, pass a drug test, and pass a background check prior to hire

Base pay range is $15.00 – $20.28 per hour, determined by location, experience, and relevant training.
