The Yard Associate is responsible for the stationing and retrieving of equipment on the location's property. The role maintains a written maintenance schedule, services equipment as necessary to meet specifications, and inspects equipment before and after rentals to document any loss or damage.

• Station, retrieve, and maintain equipment on site.
• Follow written maintenance schedules and service equipment as needed.
• Inspect equipment prior to and following rentals and document losses or damages.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all safety policies.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred.
• Some experience or training in mechanical equipment repair preferred.
• Basic math skills and working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• General mechanical aptitude and safety focus.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more. Work may be performed indoors or outdoors as required by the job.

Base Pay Range: $19.46 – $26.76 per hour.
