• Produce custom casework and specialty millwork directly from comprehensive shop drawings.
• Set up and operate woodworking machinery and hand tools to exact tolerances.
• Laminate, edge‑band, and assemble using dowels, screws, adhesives, and appropriate fasteners.
• Perform in‑process inspections to ensure superior fit, finish, and craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and installers to resolve technical and fabrication issues.
• Uphold a safe, organized shop environment by following all safety procedures.

• 3+ years of architectural millwork or custom cabinetmaking experience.
• Knowledge of wood species, laminate and veneer applications, and cabinet hardware systems.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings precisely.
• Proficiency with standard woodworking tools, equipment, and machines.
• Commitment to detail, reliability, and high‑quality craftsmanship.
• Capacity to work solo or on a team in a fast‑paced shop.

• Familiarity with AWI standards.
