Registered Nurse; RN - Emergency Services

Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Services at Fauquier Health. Up to $30,000 Sign On Bonus.

Schedule:

Full Time Nights/Rotate Weekends. (3) 12 hour shifts per week. 7p-7a.

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to conditioning and age of the patient.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.

• Current Virginia state or compact state RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 7 days of hire.
• ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required within 30 days of hire.
• TNCC certification required within 2 years of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Must have previous ED experience; previous Meditech experience is a plus.
