Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) / Medication Aide - The Villa at Suffield Meadows

The Villa is a 70+ bed assisted living community offering residential and assisted living, 12-bed secured memory care, and short‑term respite care solutions. At the heart of the Villa is a community of caring staff that provides dignified and compassionate support to each resident.

• Administers and documents medications per physician orders, monitors effectiveness, ensures proper storage and accountability, and complies with all policies and regulations.
• Assists with resident care throughout nursing areas under the direction of licensed personnel, including but not limited to ADLs (activities of daily living), feeding, elimination needs, and grooming.
• Answers resident alarm pendants and responds to resident needs appropriately and promptly.

• Applicants should have a current Virginia state Certified Nursing Assistant License and a current Virginia state Medication Aide license.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required within 60 days of hire.
• CNA and Medication Aide experience preferred.
