Schedule: PRN | Rotate Weekends

Job Location: Warrenton, VA

• Administers and documents medications per physician orders, monitors effectiveness, ensures proper storage and accountability, and complies with all policies and regulations.
• Assists with resident care throughout nursing areas under the direction of licensed personnel, including activities of daily living, feeding, elimination needs, and grooming.
• Answers resident alarm pendants and responds to resident needs appropriately and promptly.

• Current Virginia state Certified Nursing Assistant License and a current Virginia state Medication Aide license.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required within 60 days of hire.
• CNA and Medication Aide experience preferred.
