Schedule: Full Time Evenings (3 pm–11 pm) | Rotate Weekends

The Villa is a 70+ bed assisted living community offering residential and assisted living, 12-bed secured memory care, and short-term respite care solutions. A community of caring staff provides dignified and compassionate support to each resident.

• Assist with resident care throughout nursing areas under the direction of licensed personnel, including ADLs (activities of daily living), feeding, elimination needs, and grooming.
• Answer resident alarm pendants and respond to resident needs promptly and appropriately.
• Collect and document resident information as instructed. Report abnormal findings.

• Current Virginia state Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required within 60 days of hire.
• CNA experience preferred.
