Our Warrenton community is a small, close-knit assisted living community with 35 apartments and 41 licensed beds
, allowing team members to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and one another.

We are seeking caring, dependable Registered Medication Aides (RMAs) for part-time positions across all shifts
. If you are passionate about senior care and providing safe medication administration and compassionate support, we would love to hear from you.

• Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders, state regulations, and community procedures.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
• Observe residents for medication reactions or changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and resident care documentation.
• Follow proper medication storage, handling, and safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel comfortable and cared for.

• Current Virginia Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification
  .
• Previous experience in assisted living or senior living preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the resident care team.

Part-time positions available on all shifts:

• Day
• Evening
• Overnight

$23 - $23 an hour
