McDonald’s (independent franchisee) is hiring a Shift Manager. Position is paid $17+ and certified Shift Managers will earn higher pay. Flexible shifts are available, and the role may be part‑time or full‑time based on your availability.

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers, monitors performance, enforces safety, security, and profitability, communicates with the next Shift Manager, and helps departments meet their goals.

Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality setting. Positive team player with a flexible schedule who likes a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
