The Support Lead works under the leadership of the Store Manager/Leader and Customer Service Manager and assists with the direction of Front End Lead(s) (if applicable) and sales associates. The role focuses on delivering key store functions, WOWing the customer, front end operations, cash management, cleanliness, safety, and driving sales. The Support Lead is part of the management team and may perform Manager on Duty duties as needed.

• Ensure associates and managers WOW the customer through personal contact and service
• Achieve CSAT score goals as provided by the District Manager
• Lead Front End Operations and assist with store opening/closing procedures
• Train staff on high-quality customer service
• Maintain fast, friendly checkout, store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers
• Provide guidance as needed in the absence of the Store Manager / Leader
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop associates
• Review corporate communications and respond accordingly
• Partner with supervisors or corporate offices on store issues
• Drive store sales and manage expenses; assist payroll within budget
• Assist in merchandising procedures and ensure SOP adherence
• Handle cash procedures, deposits, and register functions (including post voids, returns, and discounts)
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Assist in receiving, stocking, and merchandising processes
• Unload merchandise, check shipments, stage products for the sales floor, and stock room maintenance
• Contribute to key metrics:
  Sales, ADS, CSAT, and expense control
• Perform store maintenance tasks (e.g., cleaning, trash removal, restroom upkeep)

• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
