Member Service Specialist- Fauquier

Our Fauquier County Farm Bureau Office in Warrenton, VA has an excellent Full-Time opportunity available for a career oriented, customer focused individual.

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

The Member Service Specialist is responsible for:

• Providing assistance to the county insurance staff in the solicitation, processing and servicing of our insurance products.
• Working with our County Board of Directors.
• Assist individuals/ members with health insurance needs.

Qualifications include:

• Previous administrative support experience
• Outstanding technical skills including MS Office applications
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Property & Casualty license (within 6 months of hire) Paid for by company
• Life & Health license (within 6 months of hire) Paid for by company
• Previous insurance experience preferred
• This is a W-2 position only
• Paid training for both licensing and standard sales training
• Ongoing development and support in all roles
