WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The Risk Advisor is responsible for new insurance account production and sales activities within assigned accounts. The role involves market research, business development, maintaining a profitable book of insurance business, and projecting a professional image in all interactions.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE
- Life and Health License from the state of domicile (must be maintained).
- Minimum of 2+ years sales experience in the insurance industry, focusing on Employee Benefits.
- College degree preferred; experience in Risk Management advantageous.
- Strong networking skills and strategic relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of employee benefits coverage lines.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of insurance markets, products, and underwriting procedures.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or in a team.
