Claims Adjuster – Automotive​/RV

Position description:

American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Claims Adjuster – Automotive/RV for our growing team at our office in Naperville, IL. In this role you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating and negotiating minor to complex vehicle repair costs to accurately determine coverage and liability. You will take inbound calls to determine coverage based on contracts in order to appropriately resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 2+ years of experience adjusting automobile or Recreational Vehicle mechanical claims
• 2+ years of experience as an (automotive) mechanic within a service department, dealership, or independent shop
• Must be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• ASE / RVIA certifications a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
