Expected salary range of $286,200 to $318,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Provide leadership, management and oversight of Development Engineering team ensuring the development and implementation of efficient engineering operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the company. The VP Development Engineering is responsible for all phases of development up to commercial operations and financial close for projects ensuring timely delivery, resource allocations, and budget management. This position collaborates with development leaders in Origination, Commercial and other cross functional areas to develop and meet organizational goals while supplying expertise and guidance on processes, projects, and operations.

The VP Development Engineering establishes and maintains industry relationships and business contacts, development integration processes using industry best practices; ensures lessons learned and feedback are sought after each project from functional business colleagues to seek continuous process improvement and documentation. Additionally, this position establishes, communicates, and implements engineering and development policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent operations.

• Manages Development Engineering departments with an operational and strategic focus.
• Manages activities representing multiple functions/projects/locations through first and second level management, including full human resources, cost, and budgetary accountability.
