Job Summary

Seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the hospital's financial operations, budgeting, and decision‑making processes. What You Will Do
  • Conduct in‑depth financial analysis, including revenue and expense tracking, variance analysis, and forecasting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and maintain annual budgets.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and long‑term financial planning.
  • Generate and distribute financial reports to senior management, department leaders, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost containment and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide recommendations to reduce expenses while maintaining high‑quality patient care.
  • Build financial models to support strategic decision‑making, such as capital investment analysis and service line profitability.
  • Maintain and update financial databases and systems to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance data integrity and reporting capabilities.
  • Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and standards.
What You Will Need
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s Degree Required.
  • Certification:
    Certified Surgical First Assistant (CFA®) National Board of Surgical Technology Preferred, CPA preferred.
  • Experience:

    2 years of Financial Analysis Experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
