Expected salary range

Expected salary range of $97,200 to $108,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

This individual is responsible for high volume full life cycle recruiting for assigned clients.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities
  • Full-cycle recruiting for the company's open positions: advertise, recruit, screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure that only qualified and interested candidates are presented to hiring managers.
  • Interview candidates to determine knowledge, skills, and abilities compared to job scope and requirements. Evaluate candidate fit to company needs and make recommendation to hiring managers based on these interviews. Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity & company, administer technical exercises, phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process.
  • Manage position vacancies using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to include: posting vacancies, searching the database, reviewing resumes,shipvating resumes and maintaining candidate activity.
  • Directs the implementation of large-scale restaffing initiatives and Creates executive replacement options and assesses where gaps are evident.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating the opportunity, timeline and expectations, and representing the company culture.
  • Manage the full offer process, including drafting offer letters, facilitating negotiations, and securing acceptance in alignment with company policies and procedures, partnering with Compensation as needed.

  • Support early talent initiatives by participating in career fairs, conferences, and related events to promote opportunities and engage emerging professionals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, offering guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
  • Evaluate recruitment processes and procedures, proactively identifying opportunities to increase team efficiency and improve the hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 5-years of recruiting or HR functional experience. In lieu of a degree, 9-years of recruiting or HR functional experience
  • Proven sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively and manage workload efficiently
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment to include internal and external partners
