Responsibilities- Practice at the top of your license and form trusting relationships working under the direct supervision of your collaborating physician, Dr. Danish Shahab, MD.
- Gain increased autonomy and independence in decision‑making with support from Dr. Shahab.
- Impact care delivery and patient satisfaction by having a voice in clinical decisions.
- Develop a relationship and partnership with Dr. Shahab and clinical staff members, and management.
- Join a collaborative team and participate in a structured training program including orientation, shadowing, and onboarding.
- Complete patient examinations and treatment, order diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, prescribe medication, provide patient and family education, and complete documentation.
- Leverage a strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across GI and more than 1,600 Duly providers.

- Graduation from an approved School for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Masters Degree.
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois.
- Previous experience in GI or similar setting.
- New graduate APP candidates encouraged to apply.
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $100,000–140,000, depending on your qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign‑on bonus.
