Registered Nurse - Perioperative

• Associate degree in nursing or higher (BSN required within 5 years).
• Current Illinois RN licensure and CPR (BLS) certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within ninety days of employment.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

• Provide direct patient care, monitor patient progress, and document observations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and certification requirements.
