Senior Technical Business Development Manager

With steady growth in revenue, infrastructure and our customer base we are looking to expand further by adding a few dynamic self‑motivated Business Development Managers to our team.

We are looking for individuals that know the IT Service Business and have a proven process for opening business opportunities with new customers. Prospecting and securing new customers will be the focus. This position reports the President/CEO.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of IT and/or Engineering services sales experience calling on C‑level decision makers
  • Highly motivated, sales and results driven
  • Enjoys the challenge of finding new customers & competing for business
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to negotiate, create opportunities and close the deal
  • Have a proven track record in the service industry
  • Strong networking skills and dedication to follow‑up
  • Exceptional verbal, speaking and written communication skills
  • Experience in Technical aspects of the IT industry
  • Experience working with and closing federal, state and local government contracts and clients a plus
  • Must be well organized, efficient and detailed oriented
  • History of building a “book of business”
  • Enjoys the challenge of finding new customers & competing for business
  • Experience in selling on‑site consulting services and/or strategic staffing
  • Experience in selling on‑site and offshore programs and/or projects
  • Travel required as dictated by business opportunities
