We are seeking an accomplished VP, New Business Sales to drive new logo acquisition and expand revenue within existing accounts. Reporting directly to the SVP, this leader owns the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through close—and is accountable for both revenue growth and profitability across our core digital, data, and technology solutions.

Success in this role hinges on exceptional relationship building, a strong network, strategic sales acumen, and the ability to influence at the C‑suite level.

What You’ll Do New Business Growth
  • Drive new logo acquisition through strategic prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Leverage a strong Linked In presence and professional network to create qualified opportunities.
  • Identify client needs and articulate how our solutions (AI, Data & Analytics, FP&A, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Technology, Social Marketing) align to business priorities.
  • Expand existing accounts by identifying new engagement opportunities and deepening relationships.
Client & Partner Engagement
  • Build trust‑based, executive‑level client relationships and position the company as a trusted advisor
    .
  • Develop and maintain productive partnerships to create channel‑driven sales opportunities.
  • Lead client communication, ensuring alignment with strategy, scope, and contractual expectations.
  • Support client satisfaction initiatives and coordinate escalation management when needed.
  • Manage end‑to‑end sales activities, including proposals, SOWs, MSAs, pricing alignment, and forecasting.
  • Maintain a strong, predictable pipeline and update all sales activity in the CRM.
  • Work collaboratively with pursuit, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution positioning and program execution.
  • Follow up on campaign and event‑generated leads to maximize new opportunity conversion.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 15+ years driving new business growth with a strong track record of new logo acquisition and complex sales leadership.
  • Established professional network and ability to generate opportunities through relationships and Linked In engagement.
  • Experience in one or more key verticals:
    BFSI, Consumer Goods & Retail, or Healthcare
    .
  • Ability to sell across multiple solution areas, including AI, Data & Analytics, FP&A, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Technology, and Digital Marketing
    .
  • Strong communicator able to translate complex solutions into clear, compelling stories for C‑suite audiences.
  • Skilled at navigating complex organizations, influencing without authority, and building trusted client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success expanding existing accounts and increasing revenue.
  • Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
