Brightway Insurance in Warrenville, IL is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Producer. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, analyze insurance needs, and recommend suitable policies to clients. This sales‑oriented position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills and pays a salary plus commission.

$55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr (guaranteed salary)

• Quote and sell insurance products to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze clients’ insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations
• Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients
• Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and policy changes
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies

• Valid resident Illinois Property and Casualty license
• Proven experience in sales administration or retail sales
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
  Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

• Guaranteed salary: $35,000 annually, plus commission and bonuses
• Average first‑year total earnings range: $55,000 – $70,000+ through a combination of base salary, commissions, and bonuses
