Overview: We are a leading, employee‑owned value‑added reseller of AI, cloud, data‑center, virtualization, and security technologies. Compensation & Benefits:

  • $10k Fast‑Start Bonus per month for 12 months (first year)
  • $2,500 First‑Week Training Pay (first five training days)
  • $500 per virtual appointment (no bonus cap)
  • Up to $1,500 per week for meeting call minimums and one qualified onsite appointment
  • 200% of profit margin for the first 90 days of orders shipped; 40‑59% thereafter
  • Up to $10k new client account credits and $5k new account donation credits
  • Up to $400 in gift‑card credits for business‑building activities
  • Medical, Dental, HSA benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, and ESOP company‑stock ownership
  • Competitive base pay ranging from $96,000 to $2,000,000 annually

Qualifications: Minimum of three years direct technology sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new commercial accounts with at least 250 employees within two-week cycles
  • Generate qualified onsite appointments and secure virtual sales meetings
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest AI and green data‑center solutions and position them to a wide range of corporate, government, and education clients
  • Meet or exceed monthly call and appointment targets to qualify for bonus opportunities
  • Collaborate with account‑management teams to ensure timely delivery and after‑sales support through GHA’s nationwide warehouse network
