Reporting Accountant

Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a growing international organisation in the recruitment of a Qualified Reporting Accountant to join their established finance team based in Warrington.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to develop their career within a large, complex business environment. The role offers exposure to external reporting, statutory compliance, audit processes and technical accounting, whilst working alongside a supportive and collaborative finance function.

As a Qualified Reporting Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality financial reporting activities across the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting group and statutory audit processes, including preparing audit information and responding to auditor queries
• Assisting with the preparation and submission of VAT and CIS returns
• Preparing monthly regulatory and statistical reporting requirements
• Supporting external reporting activities and ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines
• Assisting with technical accounting and financial reporting queries
