Location - Warrington
Pay Rate - £180 – £200 per day
Contract - Freelance

Overview

We are seeking an organised and proactive Framework Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple projects across a busy Banking Framework. This role will provide essential PMO and administrative support to ensure KPI targets, compliance standards, and client requirements are consistently achieved.

This position is ideal for someone with strong reporting, coordination, and document control experience who thrives in a fast-paced, governance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide PMO and administrative support across Banking Framework accounts

* Manage day-to-day use of Manhattan and SharePoint systems

* Upload, download, and maintain accurate project documentation

* Monitor KPIs and produce weekly RAG-rated reports for the Account Director

* Manage weekly action trackers and support account review meetings

* Ensure project handover documentation is compliant and submitted on time

* Liaise with Client PMO to manage timelines and gateway requirements

* Chase internal teams to ensure target dates and compliance standards are met

* Maintain SharePoint folder structures, permissions, and internal sites

* Support annual governance requirements including audits and FSQS renewals

* Assist with onboarding and provide system guidance to new starters

* Support operational requirements such as building access requests

Requirements

* Previous experience in a PMO, Framework Coordinator, or project support role

* Strong experience using SharePoint (essential)

* Experience using project management systems (Manhattan desirable)

* Experience producing KPI and performance reports

* Strong attention to detail and document control skills

* Confident stakeholder communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a structured environment
