What is the role?

This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Technical Team. The role typically reports to the Technical Director. The purpose is to provide and perform general administration and secretarial support using your own initiative and self‑motivation where necessary.

What You'll Do As An Administrator
  • Take messages on behalf of team members who may be out of the office and distribute them in a timely manner
  • Assist with secretarial duties for the company, including audio typing, word processing and use of Excel spreadsheets
  • Arrange meetings and diaries
  • Create Consultant Appointment documents and order appointments
  • Monitor, record and update Consultants PI Insurance details
  • Ensure your practice adheres to legislation and the Fairness at Work policy
  • Assist the planning and technical teams in project procurement
  • Assemble and maintain project health and safety documentation
  • Monitor and update project files
  • Coordinate with all site and office‑based teams
What experience do I need?
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience within an office environment
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to be well organised, self‑motivated with high attention to detail
