About the Mortgage Administrator RoleAs a Mortgage Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the mortgage process. You’ll ensure that applications are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting the advisory team while keeping clients informed every step of the way. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with mortgage administration experience looking to grow within a structured and supportive team.
Mortgage AdministratorKey Responsibilities
- Prepare and process mortgage applications accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with lenders, clients, and advisors to progress applications
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance documentation is completed
- Monitor cases to deadlines and provide regular updates to advisors and clients
- Resolve queries and handle follow‑ups professionally
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Competitive salary: £30,000 per annum
- Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–4pm
- Office‑based role in Warrington

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
