Are you an experienced administrator ready for your next challenge?

The Warrington Service Branch has an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join their team as a Repairs Coordinator.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning, allocation, and safety compliance for repair work, including risk assessments and method statements.
  • Ensure proper use of compliance processes, PPE adherence, and organise engineers’ equipment and documentation.
  • Attend site meetings, write reports, and alert the Field Repair Manager to potential issues or delays.
  • Oversee the completion of repair works, manage payment milestones, invoicing, and procurement of materials.
  • Investigate accidents/near‑mises, prepare contract variation quotes, and handle any additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
  • NVQ in Administration is desirable, or previous proven experience in a similar role.
  • Experience as a Branch Administrator or Service Coordinator, Repair Coordinator, or Customer Service Administrator.
