Overview

As a Training Coordinator you will provide essential administrative support to the Training Department, ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of training programmes for both internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops and programmes.
  • Provide administrative support to the Training team, including managing bookings, materials and communications.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure a seamless training experience.
  • Support the preparation of training materials, reports and presentations.
  • Provide ad‑hoc administrative cover for Operations during periods of annual leave or sickness.
  • Ensure all systems and trackers are kept up to date.
Qualifications
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confident written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proactive approach and willingness to support wider team activities.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a training environment, is desirable but not essential.
